REGISTRATION
You may register by phone, in person or by fax. We can be reached by phone at (425) 231-9239 and by fax at (425) 485-3206. Class registration is on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage early registration as space is limited. If classes are full, we will be happy to add you to our waiting list. Credit card payment is required to secure your reservation. Culinary Events Northwest accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. If you are registering in person you may pay with check, cash, gift certificate or credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel for any reason, we will refund your payment or transfer you to another class which ever you prefer, if we receive cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the date of the class. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours prior to class are non-refundable. No exceptions can be made.
We reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstance. If this happens, we will notify you by phone and, if you prefer, transfer you to another class.
COOKING CLASS INFORMATION
Classes are taught using a demonstration or hands-on format. There will be up to 25 students. In demonstration classes the instructor explains and shows recipe preparation and/or cooking technique. Generous sample sized portions of the finished recipes are served throughout the class. Hands-on classes feature direct student participation and are limited to 12-16 students. These classes include generous samples of each menu item, typically enjoyed buffet-style, at the end of the class. Recipes are distributed in all classes.
Seating is on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend early arrival if you would like group seating. Class start times do vary, so please note the start time of your class. Classes will start promptly. Instructors reserve the right to alter the menu due to seasonal availability. We regret that we are unable to accommodate small children as unpaid guests and we currently have no child care facility available
VOLUNTEERS
Volunteers are needed for assisting our chefs in the kitchen before, during and after class. Classes will be offered complimentary to those who are qualified and wanting to participate. Please call (425) 231-9239 for more information.
